Theorem Tiles Privacy Policy

Effective September 21, 2026

Short version: Theorem Tiles keeps puzzle progress on your device. There is no Theorem Tiles account. Purchases go through Apple. Face ID is optional and only for the Grown-ups vault after you set a PIN.

Who we are

Theorem Tiles is published by TJNAI.ai LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@tjnai.ai.

What the app stores on your device

Play progress — completed puzzles, grove unlocks, and related local preferences.
Grown-ups PIN — stored in the iOS Keychain on your device when you enable it.
Purchase state — whether optional content is unlocked, as reported by Apple’s StoreKit on-device.

Face ID / Touch ID

If you enable biometric unlock for the Grown-ups area, iOS evaluates Face ID or Touch ID locally. We never receive your biometric data — only a yes/no unlock result from the system.

Purchases

Optional unlocks use Apple In-App Purchase. Payment details are handled by Apple, not by TJNAI.ai LLC. Restore Purchases uses Apple’s standard StoreKit restore flow.

What we don’t do

No Theorem Tiles user accounts or passwords.
No third-party advertising SDKs in the kid play path.
No sale of personal information.
We do not build advertising profiles from child play data.

Children

Theorem Tiles is designed for families. Grown-ups controls sit behind a PIN (and optional biometrics). We do not require a child to provide contact information to play.

Analytics & crash data

If we enable Apple’s standard privacy-preserving diagnostics or similar first-party tooling in a future build, it will be disclosed here before use. Today’s shipping intent is on-device progress without third-party trackers.

Your choices

Delete the app to remove local progress from that device.
Manage Face ID / Screen Time in iOS Settings.
Manage subscriptions and purchase history in your Apple ID settings.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll revise the effective date above when we do.
